What happened: The last three orders I have made on the website have all been back ordered. I have only received one email saying one of the items is out of stock, but on my shipping notification the items say back ordered. I would like to know if you think all of these items will be fulfilled or canceled. I bought all these items on a great sale and they sell quickly. I spoke with a customer service rep yesterday and she approved a price adjustment, allowing me to repurchase all of these items at the price I purchased plus free shipping in the unfortunate event they are not able to ship. Is there any information you guys could give me about my back ordered items? Why have I only gotten one email saying item out of stock when three different shipping notices have back order notices? *Sincerely, *Hailey Kelley
