I’ve had good luck with the jeans, they usually fit really well, but the shirts are kind of hit or miss. Sometimes they run small, sometimes they feel totally different than expected. When I asked about it, I felt a little talked down to, like it was somehow obvious and I should’ve known. Just wish the sizing was more consistent.

I’ve washed this hoodie quite a few times now, and it’s held up really well. From how soft it felt at first, I kind of assumed it might shrink or fade quickly, but it hasn’t done either. Still looks good, fits the same, and I’m happy with it. Definitely better than I expected...

I ordered a hoodie and a pair of jeans from Abercrombie & Fitch, they both just feel really nice. Like the fabric has some weight to it, especially the hoodie, but it’s still soft and comfortable and not stiff or anything. I washed them too because that’s usually when you find out if something is actually decent, and the fit still held up, which was a relief. Overall I’m happy with them and they feel like they’ll last.

"Colors matched what I expected"
I ordered a hoodie and a pair of jeans from abercrombie.com, the colors looked just like they did in the photos. I had a good feeling when I picked them, and I’m glad I trusted my instinct because the grey wasn’t weirdly lighter or different in person like I’ve had happen with other sites.
I’m really happy about that since returning things over color is such a hassle. What I chose is basically exactly what showed up, so I’d definitely give it 5 stars.

My Abercrombie order status wasn’t updating, and I kept refreshing it like three times because the little tracking line just wouldn’t move. I started thinking it got stuck somewhere, so I sent them a message, expecting to wait a while.

The reply came back way faster than I thought. The person was friendly, checked the order right away, and gave me a clear update without making me repeat the order number a bunch of times. It was simple, quick, and didn’t turn into a whole annoying back-and-forth

I kinda ordered on a whim from abercrombie.com, jeans and two basic tees, and immediately thought, okay, let’s see if this size chart is actually useful. I’m usually stuck between a 28 and 29, so I went with the 29, and they fit exactly how I wanted. Not too tight, just comfortable. The shirts were true to size too, which was a relief. i was weirdly happy not having to deal with returns for once
